Diabetic Education

The number of people living with diabetes has grown in leaps and bounds over the past decade. If you or a loved one is faced with the disease, appropriate education is of utmost importance.

Madison Community Hospital's Diabetes self-management program is both state and nationally recognized for excellence in providing quality education to people with diabetes. The program involves both a nurse and dietitian who, together, provide you with the tools you need to control your diabetes. The following is a list of up-coming diabetes education events:
