Send a FREE greeting to a patient at the Madison Community Hospital. Our volunteers will print and deliver your personalized greeting to your loved one.
Greetings will be delivered Monday through Friday. Greetings sent after 2 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Greetings submitted after 2 p.m. on Friday will not be delivered until Monday. In case of a holiday, delivery will be made the next business day.
In order to protect the confidentiality of our patients, we are not authorized to confirm your message has been delivered. An email confirmation from the Madison Community Hospital simply indicates your request has been received. It neither confirms or denies the individual is a patient at our facility. Messages sent to patients who have been discharged will not be delivered and will be discarded. Greetings are not confidential or secure, so please do not include information you do not wish to be viewed by others.

Patients may have requested a confidential stay while at the Madison Community Hospital and if they have opted-out of our directory, we will not be able to deliver the e-mail.
The hospital has no mechanism in place to allow a patient to reply, nor do we currently provide patient email services to our patients.
