Ambulatory Care
Madison Community Hospital offers outpatient treatments such as chemotherapy, IV antibiotic therapy, blood transfusions, injections, and wound care. Stress tests are included in this service as well. Registered Nurses have been specially trained to meet the needs of this specialty area. We are sensitive to the privacy issues of our clientele so a private area is provided to care for these patients.
An outpatient coordinator helps coordinate the scheduling for such things as outpatient chemotherapy, medication administration, x-rays, ultrasound, and stress tests. Other areas include, but are not limited to are cardiovascular testing (carotid and Doppler studies), mammograms, lab work, and blood administration. Our goal is to support you and meet the needs of patients in our community. For more information, please contact the Madison Community Hospital via our contact page.
