LAN Administrator
MadisonCommunity Hospitalis a 25-bed general acute care hospital seeking a LAN Administrator. The LAN Administrator is responsible for installing, operating and providing support for network, server and storage infrastructure for Madison Community Hospital. The LAN Administrator is also responsible for managing hospital personal computers, virtual desktops and approved mobile devices along with the phone system. Work is performed under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Madison Community Hospital.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Manages all Windows servers, VMware servers, Active Directory, MS Exchange and network components

Develops and maintains network security procedures. Including HIPPA compliance, anti virus / malware, spam, web filtering and user management

Resolves problems reported by end users for local and wide area networks, personal computers, virtual desktops, networking equipment (switches, routers, multiple VPNs, etc.) Provides answers to complex questions related to these systems

Responsible for high availability and disaster recovery including backups and monitoring and measuring the performance of the network; reports problems to the appropriate individuals

Researches, plans and oversees hardware and software replacements and upgrades

Maintains documentation of the network, telecommunications and telephone systems

Establishes and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution

Trains users in the use of commercial, off the shelf (COTS) software and hardware

Supervises, trains and evaluates Technical Assistants

Maintains software licensing compliance
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
To qualify for the position, the candidate must have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other Information Technology related field. A minimum of threeyears network infrastructure and Windows active directory domain system experience is required. Knowledge and experience with Windows servers, MS Exchange, Backup Exec, DHCP, Domain Name Services, VLAN technologies, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and 802.11 wireless standards. Experience with HIPAA Security Standards and Compliance. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Dietary Manager
Madison Community Hospital is looking for a full-time Dietary Manager (CDM preferred) or willingness to train. Experience in hospital setting preferred. Duties to include staffing, supervision of daily operations in kitchen, menus, food ordering and preparation, and clean-up in accordance with facility policies. Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information and the ability to relate professionally and positively with patients, families and other employees.
